Buddhist Meditation & Wellbeing Talks in Swansea

Practical, down-to-earth events in Swansea

Discover meditation, mindfulness & Buddhism in Southwest Wales

In 2025, Samadhi will be hosting Buddhist teacher, David Oromith, in Swansea on Saturdays January 18th, September 20th and November 22nd

74% of UK adults have felt so stressed at some point over the last year they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope, and 1 in 6 of us will experience symptoms of a common mental health problem at some point in our life.

These sessions offer the opportunity to discover and explore what meditation and Buddhist mind training has to offer for mental wellbeing, and offers the chance to meet and share with like-minded people.

Our meditation & Buddhism classes are perfect for beginners and those with more experience alike. They will provide you with the foundation for developing your own regular meditation practice, and help you develop tools that reduce stress, anxiety and worry, and make you a happier, more positive person.
