Remote (UK) | Part-time (10–15 hours/week) | Employed (PAYE) | Start: February 2026

Samadhi is a UK charity offering in-person retreats and online classes in meditation, Buddhism, and yoga. We’re a non-sectarian community rooted in contemplative practice and Buddhist psychology, welcoming people from all backgrounds and levels of experience. We’re looking for a warm, organised, detail-loving person to become the central point of contact for our community and to ensure the operational side of Samadhi runs smoothly, so the charity can deliver its programme consistently, with the Lead Instructor supported to focus on teaching and programme direction. You’ll work closely with the Lead Instructor through a regular 1:1 check-in, taking responsibility for and tracking agreed actions that support delivery of the teaching programme (for example: checking bookings, sending key communications, coordinating support, and keeping plans on track).
