4 Day ‘Refresh & Recharge’ Meditation & Yoga Retreat in Lincolnshire

Friday 8th – Monday 11th August 2025 Available

A Four Day Journey to Reset, Refresh & Recharge with Meditation & Yoga

About the retreat

Join us for a 4-day meditation and yoga retreat in the beautiful countryside of Lincolnshire.

During this retreat, led by Buddhist meditation teacher, David Johnson, and accredited yoga teacher, Manu Orozco, we will take some time out from daily life to reset, refresh and recharge.

David will share guided meditations and teachings from the Buddhist tradition which help us to unwind, de-stress, and cultivate inner wellbeing and fortitude, so that we not only enjoy our getaway but discover practical tools we can take into daily life to help us maintain our restored wellbeing and vitality.

Manu will share practical breathing and asana practices from the yogic traditions which enable us to deepen our relaxation and enhance our concentration. The soothing and healing yoga sessions also help to improve physical flexibility, strength and resistance.

About The Venue

Charming and relaxing Grace II listed Elizabethan Hall

Situated in 75 acres of beautiful Lincolnshire woodlands, meadows and lakes, The Vedanta (formerly Branston Hall) promises a well-earned and snug retreat. Dating back to 1885, this Grade II listed Elizabethan estate is steeped in history, charm and grandeur that has inspired generations.

There is a variety of choice to complement your retreat, from enjoying some stillness in the meditation and yoga room, taking some time to be in the grounds and lakes, making new friends in the afternoon sun, spending time in the gym, having a laugh in the games room, or enjoying a walk before slowing ebbing away time in the spa; floating in the pool, warming in the sauna and detoxing in the steam room.

Accommodation

Clean and comfortable ensuite rooms

Everyone on our retreat will have their own luxury en-suite room, decorated in keeping with the beautiful surroundings. Many of the rooms offer relaxing views over the private parkland and lake.

Each room is furnished for comfort and luxury – with eco-friendly mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets, guaranteeing a deep and restful sleep. A welcome pack is provided in each room, consisting of body wash, shampoo, vanity kit, lotions and fluffy towels, which means that you can pack lighter.

Catering

Vegan & delicious!

Make connections with like-minded friends over a relaxing dining experience, with heart-warming food accompanied by lakeside views.

The retreat is fully catered with fresh and enticing vegan meals. All meals are freshly prepared to the highest quality and cooked on site. The Vedanta is committed to the concept of ‘Ahimsa — non-harm & compassion for all’, which serves to create an atmosphere of love and respect for all beings – avoiding meat and dairy is an act of kindness to our fellow sentient beings.

The Grounds

A unique atmosphere of peace and tranquillity

Scented-breezes, swaying trees and birdsong greet you as you’re ushered into the serenity of the surroundings – a place where heart and soul are given full permission to just be.

There are 75 acres of woodlands, meadows and lakes to enjoy and explore. Surrounding the Hall are miles of walking trails with Lincolnshire’s best country views.
