Is it a Duck or a Chicken?

David Oromith · 27 minutes · recorded January 30, 2022

We settle our attention on the in-breath and the out-breath, using counting to steady a distracted mind, before resting in the spaciousness that follows. David tells Ajahn Brahm's story of the couple who argue over whether a sound is a duck or a chicken, and nearly let it wreck their evening. He talks about how certain we can feel about small things, and what matters more than being right.
