How to Become a Spiritual Rebel

Mindfulness for transformation, in two workshops with Ondy Willson

A thought provoking and experiential workshop, in two parts, about spirituality meeting real life. Through a mix of teaching, meditation and reflective practice, Ondy Willson looks at the potential within us to shift both mindset and life, and at how mindfulness can become a tool for real change, helping us live with greater awareness, authenticity and purpose. The workshops also explore what it really means to walk a spiritual path: how we can avoid the common traps of spiritual materialism, self-righteousness and spiritual bypassing, and what it takes to be authentic in our practice. The intention is to leave not only with answers but with fresh questions, and a renewed curiosity about your own path. Recorded on 5 and 26 October 2024, following Ondy's evening talk in September.
