Guided Meditation - Dzogchen, Looking for Where Thoughts Happen
David Oromith · 24 minutes · recorded March 18, 2026
Practised with the eyes at least partly open and the gaze soft. David has you look for where your thoughts actually happen, using an imagined oak tree, a distant lawnmower, the feel of velvet, until no place can be found and you rest in that limitless space. Then a step further, turning awareness towards awareness itself, and a reflection read aloud to close.
