Guided Meditation - Awareness of Awareness

David Oromith · 20 minutes · recorded March 12, 2024

Practised with the eyes at least partly open and the gaze resting softly in the space in front of you. With each out breath David asks you to release all thought, all grasping, all doing, and simply sustain the bare sense of being aware. Then a second move, alternating with the first: look in on the one who is meditating, and release again.
