Guided Meditation - Compassion (Karuna)

David Oromith · 27 minutes · recorded September 24, 2024

Compassion begins here with yourself, under two claims David sets down first: that suffering is a temporary affliction rather than who you are, and that everyone wants to be free of it. You then work outward through someone struggling, a loved one, someone you give little thought to, someone whose behaviour you find hard, and finally everyone.
