Guided Meditation - Mindfulness of Breathing at the Abdomen

David Oromith · 24 minutes · recorded January 23, 2024

We narrow the attention to the abdomen, using a hand on the belly if the sensations seem faint at first. We then bring in two tools, an oscillation that rouses attention on the in-breath and relaxes on the out-breath, and counting the breaths. We relax when the mind is busy and rouse effort when it goes dull.
