Guided Meditation - Mindfulness of Breathing at the Nostrils

David Oromith · 24 minutes · recorded February 1, 2024

The third of the breathing practices, with attention at the tips of the nostrils, wherever the passage of air is felt most distinctly, and the breathing left entirely natural. Counting comes in as light punctuation. For the last minutes David asks for enough closeness to notice the air cooler coming in and warmer going out.

Distraction and attention Mindfulness of breathing Shamatha (calm abiding)
