Guided Meditation - Taking Appearances as the Path

David Oromith · 21 minutes · recorded February 28, 2024

David begins with twenty one counted breaths, then turns you towards whatever is appearing: the visual field in front of your partly open eyes, then sound, then the whole tactile field of the body, each met without labels, in the seen let there be only the seen. It closes with the mind itself, watching each thought arise, pass through and dissolve.
