Guided Meditation - Mindfulness of Breathing, Knowing the Long and the Short Breath

David Oromith · 21 minutes · recorded August 6, 2025

Mindfulness of breathing taught as a skill rather than a result. Relaxation comes first, and when the mind wanders the instruction is to relax rather than try harder. Later David adds the Buddha's simple aid to staying engaged over time, noticing whether each breath is long or short without trying to change it.
