Guided Meditation - The Buddha's Words to Bahiya, Bare Awareness of the Six Senses

David Oromith · 17 minutes · recorded March 26, 2025

Taking the Buddha's instruction to Bahiya, David works through the senses one at a time, body sensations, sight with the eyes open, sound, taste and smell, then mental activity, dropping the naming and the liking from each. The six are then opened at once into a choiceless awareness where experience simply happens, with no I needed to run it.
