Guided Meditation - The Dzogchen Approach to Mindfulness of Breathing
David Oromith · 22 minutes · recorded February 20, 2024
The breath taken by releasing rather than by holding on. With the eyes partly open and the gaze resting vacantly in space, each out-breath lets go of tension and of thinking, until awareness simply hovers in the present. David then has you notice that the rhythm of the breath rises up to meet you on its own.
