Recognising The Kindness of All Sentient Beings

David Oromith · 32 minutes · recorded November 5, 2023

In mindfulness of breathing at the abdomen we count each in-breath from one to seven, with guidance for a wandering mind or a dull, sinking one. David leads a contemplation on the kindness we have received throughout life: a mother's care, parents and teachers, farmers and strangers who make daily life possible, and this community itself. He draws out how recognising this kindness fills us with gratitude and a wish to repay it by offering the same kindness to others.
