'Dharma' in this context simply means the teachings and practices of the Buddha that we find so beneficial to our wellbeing.

Join David for a free workshop on Insight Timer Live that dives into the art of integrating Buddha Dharma into the fabric of our daily lives. Discover how every moment, relationship, and challenge can become an opportunity for practice, propelling us along the path towards greater wellbeing. This is how we make worldly life and Dharma become one.
