Buddhist Meditation Retreats for Intermediates

Peaceful and relaxing meditation retreats for intermediates in the UK

Join us to deepen your meditation practice at one of our intermediate meditation retreats in Wales, Devon, or Lincolnshire, UK. A unique experience that will bring you greater insight and understanding of yourself and the world around you.

During these meditation retreats, set in the breathtaking backdrop of the British countryside, you will have the opportunity to practice longer meditations, some guided and some unguided, complemented by yoga sessions that don’t focus on being perfect, but allow you to connect with the body, unwind and relax.

Inspired by Buddhist psychology, the workshops will explore the theories and practices of shamatha and vipashyana, and look at ways of thinking and practical tools to keep you in touch with your own inner source of peace, happiness and joy – no matter what circumstances you find yourself in.
