The Vajra Path Module 5: Dreamwork

A seminar with Ian Baker on dream yoga, historical and contemporary, the fifth in the Vajra Path series.

The fifth of six standalone seminars in Ian Baker's Vajra Path series, on dream yoga (svapnadarsana), which Baker would rather call dream play and creative sleep. He sets the Tibetan material beside the Greek dream temples at Epidaurus, where the sick slept in order to receive a healing vision, and beside recent research on dreaming in the womb. The method is described rather than guided: lying on the right side so the heart is uncompressed, with red AH syllables moving between heart and brow on the breath. A presentation with slides, then questions covering yoga nidra, shamanic journeying and nightmares. The question running underneath the whole seminar is whether anything is real.
