Habits of Happy People

A four day online retreat with David and Manu Oromith, 7 to 10 August 2026

Join David and Manu Oromith for a four-day live-streamed retreat exploring the inner conditions for genuine wellbeing. This online retreat brings the heart of our annual in-person Refresh & Recharge retreat to you at home, with live-streamed teachings, guided meditations, and nourishing yoga practices. Over four days, we'll explore the theme "Habits of Happy People" – habits you can train in to cultivate greater joy, connection, and freedom in life. The themes are drawn from both the Buddhist tradition and psychology and will include qualities like generosity and contentment, ethical living and healthy boundaries, patience and forgiveness, diligence and inner strength, concentration and mindful presence, and wisdom and insight. These themes can help us develop the skills and tools to manage stress more effectively and develop a happier, healthier approach to life and its challenges. Two evening question and answer sessions address written questions from the in person and online groups. Manu Oromith teaches five yoga classes across the four days, one gentle evening class and four morning and afternoon flows.
