Saturday 31st January 2026, 11am-7pm (UK timezone – see yours here)
Want to get into dream yoga but don’t know where to start?
Confused by the techniques but really want to try them?
Worried about what aspects of these secret teachings are allowed to be practiced?
Then come and join Tibetan Buddhist lucid dreaming teacher, Charlie Morley, in this brand new workshop aimed at those practising Buddhism.
This workshop seeks to disentangle dream yoga practice into a set of clear steps that practitioners can follow in order to have lucid dreams and to practice dharma within them.
Together we will explore:
- How to create a personalised dream yoga practice
- Step-by-step dream yoga protocols
- How to meditate within the lucid dream
- Padmasambhava’s Four Stages of Dream Yoga
- Practising guru yoga within the dream state
- Creating a Dharmic Dream Plan
We’ll learn how to get to the core of dream yoga practice in a way that is understandable and effective, even for Dharma Dummies.
Using the dream yoga practices of Lochen Dharma Shri and Namgyal Rinpoche among others, while also exploring the advice that Charlie has received personally from his own teachers (Lama Yeshe Rinpoche and Akong Tulku Rinpoche) this one day workshop will teach you how to create a simple but effective dream yoga practice which can be personalised to the specific deity that you are working with.
This workshop is aimed at those who have either taken refuge or have a strong connection to a Buddhist lineage
About this day, Charlie says: “As a dharma dummy myself, I have the highest regard for the lineage teachings so we will not be doing anything that requires initiation or empowerment but for those who have already taken refuge and are already initiated into a yidam practice then there is a whole new world of nocturnal dharma that Milam Naljor can offer us.”
