My classes are shaped by mindfulness, time outdoors, seasonal themes, simple cues (hopefully), and no fuss. I’m Spanish, based in South Wales, and I love helping people find a steadier, kinder relationship with their bodies (and their day).Expect slow flow and mindful mobility you can do from home, clear guidance, options for all levels, and space to breathe. My approach is influenced by Buddhist practice: patience, presence, and compassion. If you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, you’re very welcome here. Roll out a mat, open a window if you can, and let’s practice."
