Book Study: The Attention Revolution by Lama Alan Wallace
Join us for a special online book study session on The Attention Revolution by B. Alan Wallace on Monday, April 15th, from 7–8pm (UK time).
Book Study: The Attention Revolution by Lama Alan Wallace
In this session, we will explore the key themes of The Attention Revolution, which provides a step-by-step guide to developing deep concentration through Buddhist meditation. Together, we will discuss the practical application of these teachings, reflect on our own experiences with meditation, and share insights in a supportive group setting.
There is no need to have read the entire book beforehand—whether you’re just starting or have already engaged deeply with the text, everyone is welcome to join. This session is open to practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
In this first session we will focus on the Beginning Stages before moving on in future sessions to the Intermediate and Advanced Stages.
The discussion will take place on Google Meet so that we can all see and interact with one another. You will need a Google account to access the meeting; if you don’t have one, it’s easy and free to create a Gmail account.
We will also meet on 28th April and 19th May
We look forward to studying and practicing together!
