Join us for a thought-provoking session exploring the principles of non-harm and compassion that form the core of Buddhist teachings and their relevance in today’s world.
We’ll explore the connections between these ancient philosophies and modern choices, particularly vegetarianism and veganism (which goes beyond diet), to understand how they align with the path of Buddhism and ethical living. This session will offer thoughts from classic Buddhist perspectives (including both the Theravada and Mahayana traditions) alongside contemporary insights, providing a comprehensive view of making compassionate choices in our diet and beyond.
Whether you’re familiar with or new to these concepts, this discussion is an opportunity to explore in a non-judgmental and non-dogmatic way.
By booking with us, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed here.
