Yoga Classes in Mountain Ash

Vinyasa Yoga Classes in Rhondda Cynon Taff

Join Spanish yoga teacher, Manu, for a gentle and strengthening yoga class in Mountain Ash.

We’ll start with some breathing exercises and a warm-up to relax the mind and prepare the body. Following that will be 30 minutes of smooth and easy asanas (poses). We’ll finish up with 5-10 minutes of pranayama (the practice of controlling your breath) and meditation.

These sessions will leave you feeling relaxed and more connected with your body, and over time will increase your flexibility, strength and physical resilience.

Benefits of vinyasa yoga
  • Increases the muscular flexibility of the whole body
  • Improved mobility
  • Increases muscle mass and strength
  • Aids in the fat-burning process
  • Eases the stress found in the joints, ligaments and tendons, which helps prevent all kinds of injuries, cramps and spasms
