Join us for a seminar on overcoming anxiety using the natural abilities of the mind, body and breath.
Anxiety is an increasingly common problem in the modern world, especially in the current climate. When we are gripped by anxiety, we find it difficult to be happy and easily become overwhelmed with life.
Meditation is an effective way to combat negative states of mind and cultivate a sense of mental freedom. By using ancient meditation techniques and tapping into the natural healing ability of mind, body and breath, we can learn to control the mind, let go of the inner causes of anxiety and worry, and start to live in the present moment with a calm, and happy mind.
I’ve lived through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened.
- Mark Twain
