About the Course
Join David for a day of learning and reflection, guided by the text “Heart Advice from a Foolish Practitioner: A Song of Liberation.” David wrote these short verses while on retreat as a guide for new practitioners exploring the Buddhist path.
During this workshop, David offers the oral transmission of the text, weaving in relevant commentary to illuminate the meanings of each verse, helping us to connect these ancient teachings to modern life.
Whether you’ve spent some time studying or are new to the path, we hope that this day course will offer valuable perspectives and help you become clear on how to incorporate Buddhist practice into your daily life.
