Understanding, calming, and embracing your anxious mind

This is a recording of a one-day, two-part workshop held in Swansea on 22nd November 2025

In this workshop, we’ll explore how Buddhist teachings and simple nervous-system practices can help us unhook from anxious thought loops and meet our experience in a healthy, grounded way. We’ll discover powerful perspective shifts that can help us experience greater freedom and clarity.

Over two sessions of teaching and guided meditation, we’ll explore how anxious loops arise and discover ways to respond without creating further resistance and difficulty, whether your anxiety stems from daily worries, work stress, financial concerns, health issues, relationships, or larger issues like the environment or politics.
