What is the Samadhi Podcast?

The Samadhi Podcast is a series of bitesize talks and guided meditations that help you become a happier, more peaceful and positive person. Learn how to calm the mind, deeply relax, gain control of feelings and emotions, find inner strength, and let go of negative states of mind such as stress and anxiety by developing a positive approach to life.

At Samadhi, we aim to provide a sanctuary of serenity, welcoming all people who wish to explore meditation and Buddhism. Your donations make an invaluable contribution to the running of Samadhi and to the goal of the future Samadhi Retreat Centre.  Learn more about the Buddhist tradition of dana.

Offer Dana

While our weekly classes are offered freely, you are welcome to offer dana. Dana is a Buddhist tradition where we offer from the heart in a spirit of gratitude and generosity. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and all money offered to Samadhi goes directly into supporting our activities and fundraising for the Samadhi Eco Retreat Centre.

Offering Dana to the Teacher: You can offer dana to our organisation (Samadhi), or directly to the teacher to support their livelihood. In-person, this can be done by offering it in an envelope as per tradition. Offerings for the teacher can also be made virtually. Please click here if you’d like to offer Dana to David.
